Traditional squishies are designed for squeezing and sensory play, but due to their soft, flexible construction, they will eventually split or burst. This may happen after a few hours, several weeks or even months, depending on how frequently and vigorously the squishy is used.

We understand that it is disappointing when a favourite squishy breaks, which is why we prefer to be completely upfront before purchase.

Extending the Life of Your Squishy

The joined seam is the most vulnerable part of a traditional squishy. To reduce pressure on this area, hold the squishy with the seam facing towards the palm of your hand while squeezing.

A squishy lasting only a few days can still fall within the expected lifespan and does not necessarily indicate a product fault. A faulty seal will usually become noticeable immediately after opening.

Please note that a warranty or replacement is only available when the product is found to be faulty upon first opening. Damage caused by regular use, excessive squeezing, stretching or general wear is not considered a manufacturing fault.

Filled squishies are consumable sensory products. Once you find a favourite, we recommend purchasing more than one so you have a replacement ready when it eventually reaches the end of its life.

Suitable Use

These squishies are not suitable for anyone who may bite, chew, overstretch, puncture or attempt to pull them apart.

Cleaning and Maintenance

If your squishy collects dust or fluff, gently wash it in warm, soapy water and allow it to air-dry completely.

To reduce the sticky texture after drying, lightly dust the outside with talcum powder or cornflour.
