Returns & Exchanges

To request a return, please email info@timandgerrys.com with your full name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds are only provided if an item is deemed faulty by the supplier.

We offer exchanges or a credit note (valid for 12 months) on full-priced items only, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Returned via registered post
  • Unworn, unwashed and unused
  • All original Tim & Gerry’s and designer tags attached
  • No makeup marks, damage or soiling

Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please Note:

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged or credited.
  • Swimwear cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations.
  • Pre-order and custom third-party designer items are final sale.
  • Afterpay purchases must be returned via our online store (not in-store).
  • Footwear must be returned in original, undamaged box with all packaging. Returns without boxes or with marked soles will not be accepted.

Faulty Items

All items are checked prior to dispatch. If you believe your item is faulty, please email info@timandgerrys.com as soon as possible so we can assist.
