RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • No refunds on full price or sale items.
  • Full price items may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be sent via registered post.
  • No refunds or exchanges on worn, used or damaged items.
  • No exchanges on sale items 

GIFT VOUCHERS & STORE CREDIT

  • Gift Vouchers and Exchange Codes are valid for 12 months from date of purchase or issue.
  • Gift Vouchers and Exchange Codes are non-refundable.
  • Vouchers and credit codes cannot be used toward shipping costs. Shipping charges apply separately.
  • Credit vouchers and gift codes cannot be used in conjunction with flash sales or short-term promotional offers.

PRE-ORDERS

  • All pre-order items will list an estimated arrival date. Please note this date is subject to change due to shipping delays outside of our control.
  • Orders containing a pre-order item will be shipped once the pre-order item becomes available.
  • If you request split shipping, an additional shipping fee may apply.

    SHIPPING & DELIVERY

    • A $20 bulky item fee applies to large items or orders over 5kg. You will be contacted for payment prior to dispatch.
    • Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the courier.
    • While we will do our best to assist with recovering lost or stolen parcels, we are not liable for parcels once confirmed as delivered.
    • If an issue arises, a formal investigation must be completed with the courier before any resolution can be considered. We will assist where possible; however, outcomes are subject to the courier’s findings.

    MYSTERY BOXES – TERMS & CONDITIONS

    • No refunds or exchanges.
    • Credit vouchers, discount codes and gift cards cannot be used to purchase Mystery Boxes.



    GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

    These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the customer (“You”) and Tim & Gerry’s (“We”, “Us”, “Our”). By placing an order on our Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

    We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.

    Website Access

    We aim to keep our Website available at all times; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Website may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates or technical issues. We are not liable for any downtime.

    Accounts & Security

    Certain areas of the Website may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorised use, you must notify us immediately.

    All information provided by you must be accurate, current and complete. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if these Terms are breached.

    Privacy & Data

    We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information. While SSL encryption is used where applicable, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Personal data is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

    Product Information

    We take care to ensure product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate. However, we are not responsible for errors, omissions or minor variations.

    Pricing

    All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable local taxes. Shipping and any additional charges are calculated at checkout.

    We reserve the right to change prices at any time. In the event of a clear pricing error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

    Order Fulfilment

    We endeavour to fulfil all confirmed and paid orders. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will refund the amount paid for that item.

    Where applicable, available items may be shipped first, with backordered items sent once restocked. If a suitable replacement product is offered and accepted, it will be treated in accordance with our Returns Policy.
