LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS
Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the courier. We are not liable for parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery. If an issue arises, an investigation must be completed with the courier before any resolution can be considered. We will assist where possible, but outcomes are subject to the courier’s findings.
